What do you like most about being part of O'Brien?
I am grateful to have joined a collaborative and encouraging environment where every member is valued. I enjoy knowing that my role directly impacts the success of the business and that my voice is heard amongst the team. The support I receive from my colleagues allows me to better support our clients.
Can you share one secret to success that has been helpful to you in your career?
Communication is key. Everyone processes information differently, so I avoid making the assumption that there is a mutual understanding. I ask questions and share my thoughts so that a mutual understanding is clear.
If wealth management were an ocean, what kind of creature would you be?
I would be a sea otter because they are curious and playful. I am interested in the varied areas of wealth management and strive to be knowledgeable about each to better serve our clients. Also, otters are often seen in groups, and I thrive working in a team setting.
What would your co-workers say is your superpower?
My superpower is being observant. I learn a lot by observing and listening to the people around me. I gather others’ ideas and opinions to help me make more informed decisions. Being open to new perspectives allows me to challenge the way I think and makes me a more well-rounded Associate Advisor.
You're a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be?
Adaptable apricot. I easily adapt to new environments, and I enjoy meeting new people. Apricot is a warm color, and I am an approachable, welcoming person.
